Attire
Classic: Competitors are required to wear black 3-inch inseam shorts, tight-fitting to the legs, and preferably an elastic material.

Bikini: Competitors are required to wear a two-piece suit with high heels, the top of the suit must tie straight across the back and the bottom of the suit must be v-shaped and may have a connector if desired. The color of the suit may be single-color or multi-colored. Competitors are also welcome to wear jewelry.

Tanning
Tanning enhances muscle definition by creating shadows and contours, resulting in a more visually striking and polished appearance for competitors on stage. Though not required, competitors who choose not to get a tan should realize they will be disadvantaged.
We partnered with Olympia Tan, a professional tanning company specializing in Bodybuilding and Bikini tans to come to our venue and tan our competitors for $75 per competitor. Tanning can be purchased at www.olympiatan.com
Tanning Schedule
Competitors who choose to have a professional tan by Olympia Tan should report to the venue at 8 am for a base coat, and at 12 pm for a second coat. Additional touch-ups, bikini bite, and shine will be provided backstage before the competition
Judging Criteria
Classic Judging Criteria: Judges will assess competitors based on muscularity, symmetry, and conditioning, aiming for a balanced physique reminiscent of bodybuilding's golden era. Athletes should display well-proportioned muscle development with emphasis on aesthetics and harmony, avoiding excessive mass or separation. Posing, presentation, and stage presence are also key factors in determining the winner.

Bikini Judging Criteria: Judges are seeking a muscular foundation that shapes the female body, particularly focusing on full, round glutes with a slight separation from the hamstring area. They also look for a bit of roundness in the deltoids and a well-conditioned core. Overall appearance, including hair and makeup, is also considered important. Judges should not see excessive muscular density typical of a figure physique, noticeable muscle separation as seen in figure competitors, graininess, or striations.
