Posing Routine

Competition Structure

The Competition will start with every competitor's Individual posing routine, then prejudging within your height class, which is the mandatory side-by-side posing routine. The top 3 of each height class will compete in the final competition, which is also the mandatory posing routine, in which the judges determine the podium winners.

Individual Posing Routine

Classic and Bikini Competitors will submit a music recording no longer than 60 seconds in which competitors will walk onto the stage and do a series of individual poses as they please. However, athletes doing gymnastic moves, posing in an over-sexual manner, using lewd music, or performing any inappropriate poses that may be inappropriate for the younger audience may be disqualified. We will email you a link to upload your music once you've registered for a competition

Classic Mandatory Posing Routine

The head Judge will name these poses in the following order and competitors will hold them for 3-5 seconds, or until the Judge calls out the next pose. After calling out all poses, the Judge will be able to call out repeat poses for further comparison if needed.

1. Front position

2. Quarter turn right (left side to judges)

3. Quarter turn right (back side to judges)

4. Quarter turn right (right side to judges)

5. Front Double Bicep

6. Side Chest

7. Back Double Bicep

8. Abdominal and Thighs

9. Any Classic Pose (Not Pictured)
